Maranovo operates on a simple principle: clubs should earn more, not spend more. Because our platform is free for clubs to join and use, refunds relate only to paid orders placed by parents, supporters, or customers through the Maranovo marketplace.

This Refunds Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how requests are handled, and what customers can expect from us.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

– Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

– Incorrect items received

If the wrong product, size, or design is delivered, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

– Non‑delivery

If an order does not arrive within the stated delivery window and cannot be located by the courier, a refund will be issued.

– Order cancellation (before production/dispatch)

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if production or fulfilment has not yet begun. Once an item enters production, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

– Change of mind after production has started

Because many items are produced on demand, we cannot refund orders once they are in production unless there is a fault.

– Incorrect information provided by the customer

This includes wrong sizes, names, numbers, or customisation details entered at checkout.

– Normal wear and tear

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged through regular use are not eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund

Customers can request a refund by contacting Maranovo support with:

– Order number

– Description of the issue

– Photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve all refund cases within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

6. Replacements

Where appropriate, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items are produced and shipped at no additional cost when the issue is due to a manufacturing or fulfilment error.

7. Club Earnings

Refunds for faulty or incorrect items do not reduce club earnings. Maranovo absorbs these costs to protect the fundraising value for every partner club.

8. Policy Updates

Maranovo may update this Refunds Policy from time to time to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with consumer protection standards. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
